Thomasville® Cabinetry Limited Lifetime Warranty
Thomasville Cabinetry warrants to you, the original purchaser, that Thomasville
cabinets will be free from defects in material and workmanship for your lifetime
as long as you own the cabinetry. No one other than Thomasville Cabinetry has the
authority to change this warranty.
Thomasville Cabinetry, at its option, may elect to repair or replace any defective Thomasville Cabinetry product covered by this warranty. To obtain performance under
this warranty, report in writing, to the Warranty Department at Thomasville Cabinetry,
P.O. Box 1055, Middlefield, Ohio 44062, United
States of America.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging and darkening of wood color or the
inherent growth characteristics of wood. This warranty does not apply to cabinets
or parts that are purchased
without a finish. Replacement hinges and drawer glides
are subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied. This
warranty does not cover damage or defects relating to misuse, abuse, negligence,
normal wear and tear, alterations, exposure to the elements, acts of God, disassembly,
or improper installation, storage or handling.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental
or consequential damages (such as labor expenses) whether arising out of breach
of warranty, breach of contract, tort or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties,
including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may
not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which
vary from state to state.
In Canada and/or Mexico, the above provisions are not intended to operate where
prohibited by law and do not preclude the operation of any applicable provincial
or domestic consumer protection statute which may in certain circumstances extend
the express warranty herein.
This warranty is not transferable.
